Correct me if im wrong. The image that i see in this is a guy doing graffiti on the wall saying "AH" and on top of it is an old cast iron lamp? Looking surprised and maybe naked?

Looks like a new born baby abomination with all the juices and stuff.I only meant that thing attached on her back or maybe came from inside of her body then sprouted out to the the back of her body. I dunno what I'm saying now. I just love it.
